| Foote Hydroelectric Dam, Oscoda, Michigan.
Michael Gross Contracting provided construction management for Consumers Power for several hydroelectric
renovation projects including the Foote Dam which creates a large impoundment which has significantly added to the recreational
use of the Au Sable River. Other Consumers Power projects: Allegan Dam, Allegan, Michigan; J.R. Whiting Power Plant, Erie,
Michigan.
Henry Ford Museum

Greer Schoolhouse. Restoration done using period building methods which included the cedar shingle roof.

Road to Eastern’s campus. The schoolhouse is used for teacher training.

high-level custom remodel. Shown above is the upper-level kitchen with mahogany in-floor heat, mahogany cabinets, built-in
steamer and coffee maker. This remodel includes two custom staircases leading to the lower-level addition that doubled the
